I like being able to work out with people that have similar health goals as me.
I am an 18 year old that attends Helena High School. I am in the Montana Army National Guard and am involved in many different clubs at school. I will be graduating high school a semester early so that I may further prepare myself for my Army career.
I started CrossFit about a year ago to prepare myself for Basic Training and to become the fittest version of myself.
I like being able to work out with people that have similar health goals as me as well as not having to worry about creating a good workout plan for myself.
On a typical school day I wake up at 4 am to get ready and make breakfast. I leave my house at around 4:45 am so that I can attend the 5:30 CrossFit class. After working out I go to church. Depending on the day I either attend Daily Mass or a bible study. After church I go to school. I take periods 0-6 so that I can graduate at semester. After school varies from day to day. I either go workout again, hang out with friends, or study. When I get home I do homework until I go to bed. I try to go to bed around 9:30-10.
Fitness has played an increasingly important role in my life. This spring I am competing in a Spartan Race. I hope to compete in CrossFit events in college and ultimately join the US Army Warriors Fitness Team.
