Bio

Jay grew up loving sports and the outdoors. He played basketball in high school and continues playing today in city leagues and at a local church. He also coaches boys and girls junior high basketball. Jay likes to go “peak bagging” (climbing the highest point in a mountain range) and hiking. Jay also enjoys running and has done two marathons and runs a half marathon with his wife every year. Jay started group classes over ten years ago and has been amazed at the improvements in strength and abilities it has given him in the short amount of time he has done it. The single biggest thing I can promise to you, is that we are just like you. I am over 50, trying every day to get healthier and happier in the best way I can with a busy schedule and all of life’s obstacles. Every member we have is trying to do that too, just like you.

Some have kids, some don’t, some have hectic schedules, others have specific fitness goals (Can you say Spartan races or getting a kayak on the roof of a car by themselves). Whatever your goal, we can get you there, an hour at a time with a community of like-minded individuals who have all come together to achieve health and fitness, for someone just like you.
