Jamie Jespersen

Bio

Jamie was born and raised in Montana. From growing up on a farm/ranch in eastern Montana to raising a family in “the big City” in western Montana, she loves it all. Jamie was lucky to grow up playing every sport she was allowed to join. In high school, she was active in basketball, volleyball, track and field, golf, and cheerleading. She also developed her love of water and snow skiing. Jamie started consistently attending CrossFit classes in June of 2018. Even though she isn’t as experienced as the other coaches, her whole heart is involved in every session she attends, whether coaching or working out. She also loves CrossFit competitions. Whenever she coaches, she hopes to live into this saying, “If your gift is…serving, then serve; if it is teaching, then teach; if it is to encourage, then give encouragement; if it is giving, then give generously; if it is to lead, do it diligently; if it is to show mercy, do it cheerfully.”

The single biggest thing I can promise to you, is that we are just like you. I am over 50, trying every day to get healthier and happier in the best way I can with a busy schedule and all of life’s obstacles. Every member we have is trying to do that too, just like you.

Some have kids, some don’t, some have hectic schedules, others have specific fitness goals (Can you say Spartan races or getting a kayak on the roof of a car by themselves). Whatever your goal, we can get you there, an hour at a time with a community of like-minded individuals who have all come together to achieve health and fitness, for someone just like you.
