June was a bit of a challenge with traveling three of four weekends, with an anniversary and two weddings. Traveling always is a bit of challenge to eat relatively well and try and maintain good habits.
I did pretty well I think for the month with all of that. I made gains, not quit as big as the prior month, but in the right direction anyway.
InBody Scan numbers all stayed the same or slightly improved. My weight went from 198 to 196.9, with a body fat percentage dropping from 16.1 to 15.7%. Muscle dropped a bit essentially the same as prior month.
Whoop numbers didn’t change much. HRV went from 46 to 45, so down 2% and resting heart rate went up from 49 to 50, 2% change again.
So, with all the traveling I will take it. Slight improvements or essentially the same numbers. Looking forward to a good July, with my retest ordered. I will post next month the final numbers with my retest results and conclusions if it was all worth it or not.
